Política de reembolso
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We would advise taking imagery of the product upon arrival. If the outer box/parcel is damaged we will request a time stamped image off you of the box/parcel from the time of delivery.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@easyeatofficial.com with the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return costs, we advise sending all returns using a tracked service, please make a note of your order number inside the parcel.

Late deliveries
All our estimated delivery times are not guaranteed:
UK customers are eligible for a refund when 10 business days have passed after the final delivery due date.
International customers will be eligible for a refund when 25 business days have passed after the final delivery due date.
Order cancellations
Customers are allowed to cancel orders however if the order has been dispatched, customers are only eligible for a refund once the order has been returned unopened to us.
If the orders in transit and is believed to have gone missing, the customer is eligible for a refund after the above late delivery conditions have occurred.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged with an image or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do not hear from you after the day of arrival, you may not return your item due to damage, defect or missing items.
Colour Matching
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Personalisation
If you would like your personalisation to be on a certain side of the feeder, please contact support@easyeatofficial.com with the side of the feeder you would like, please state the side as if you are looking at the front of the feeder. For orders of 2 personalised feeders, we will place the names on any side of the feeders unless contacted. Personalisation requests are only accepted prior to the fulfilment of the order, we would advise contacting on the day of your order to avoid disappointment. Please note we do not accept returns for the personalised items unless the name is placed on the incorrect side following a requested side email pre dispatch.
Subscriptions
You may not cancel your subscription until you have received three (3) fulfilled orders. This policy is designed to ensure that both parties uphold their commitments during the initial phase of the subscription.
After fulfilling three (3) orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
By opting into our subscription service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Subscription Policy and agree to abide by its terms.
